Obama Supporters gather outside of the debate in Mississippi.

My political Rants
& Collection of political "stuff"

I'll be voting for the "Empty Suit" among many other logical thinkers.

I'll try my best to keep the majority of my political rants on this page so, you the visitor, can choose whether or not you would like to click on this page. Some of this is fun, some serious and relevant. But you can count on everything being one sided. You want to read something good about McCain and Palin? Google him... and good luck with that.

The McCain campaign is sending out junk mail, making robo-calls, and "cashing in their
last remaining shred of integrity" to falsely accuse Obama of terrorist ties. How pathetic.

I went to the Obama Rally under the Arch! 100,00 people were there!

The real Palin opens SNL, pretty funny. I must say she's a good sport.

A Must-See CNN Video. This reporter blows up at Palin's
idiocy.

young people of America who show up to this election with a different set of needs.

She's awfully good at reading that (untrue) script that someone else wrote for her. She just might make a great VP...

What has Obama done as Senator of Illinois? Good question.

Here are the (over) 800 Bills he sponsored in the US Senate. Go ahead, take a look:

Here is his voting record as IL Senator:

I like this article on Obama's "Varied (Supposed Lack of) Experience" from CBS News.

I find it funny that some people choose not to applaud what Obama has done working along side and getting his hands dirty with the low and middle class citizens. Isn't that more of what we need? Isn't that who he wants to help? Us? The people who once were considered middle class... now considered low class? Don't we want someone who hasn't spent all his years standing at a podium preaching war, war and more war... and bragging about his broken arms while making a damn good living in his "upper class"?, cutting taxes for the rich while never proposing programs for the poor or expanding the middle class... What good does he do for us?

You can read on various blogs and websites the comments and pleadings with people from all over the WORLD begging with us to vote for Obama. The world is watching us. They are relying on us to stop the war. They follow us to war and they want their brothers and sisters and sons and daughters back. It's very amazing to read that this election has truly caught the attention of the world.

And what am I supposed to do about insurance? Health insurance is so high. Even through Gus's work. As of January, I am signing up under Gus's insurance and so will the baby... what happens if he were to lose his job? Why isn't there affordable health insurance options anymore?

People ask where Obama will be getting the money for his plans and projects. How is he supposed to fund health insurance programs while cutting taxes for 95% of working class citizens? Part of this answer is pretty simple. We are spending 10 billion per month on the war that he plans to end. Fighting this war that shouldn't have started in the first place got awfully expensive for us. As if we don't have enough debt. War on Terror? hah.

"
In May 2003, Amnesty International charged, “The ‘war on terror’, far from making the world a safer place, has made it more dangerous by curtailing human rights, undermining the rule of international law and shielding governments from scrutiny. It has deepened divisions among people of different faiths and origins, sowing the seeds for more conflict. The overwhelming impact of all this is genuine fear—among the affluent as well as the poor.”"
